Sådan ser de foreløbige tal ud op til Blog Action Day 2009. Blog Action Day stiftedes i 2007. Idéen er at forene verdens bloggere én dag for én sag. I år er emnet klimaforandringer — og timingen kunne for Danmark og klimatopmødet 2009 ikke være mere optimal. Initiativet beskrives som et bud på verdens største social change-projekt: En dag, et emne, tusinder af stemmer!

Her på Klimacommunity.dk er vi glade for at kunne støtte årets Blog Action Day. Dels med omtale, dels med links fra menuen i højre side og dels med en featureartikel om klimaforandringer på aktionsdagen d. 15. oktober 2009. Nonprofit-partnere tæller tunge aktører som Verdensnaturfonden WWF, Greenpeace, Oxfam, Care & Amnesty International. Derudover deltager nogle af verdens mest læste blogs: fx Googles blog, Mashable, Autoblog, DailyBlogTip, BloggingStocks, GlobalVoices.
